Quick update

Bryant came through his surgery with flying colors. He was such a big boy and did amazing. The Dr said he was great during surgery and had lots of yuck in his ears. They cleaned them up, stuck the tubes in, and took the adenoids out. Dr Tseng said he should be able to hear much better now. He was a little cranky (OK that's an understatement) coming out of anesthesia but got over it and was just groggy. When we got home, Ashley was here so he was no longer sleepy and wanted to go eat. So we even went out to eat, came home and played a bit, then took naps. All in all it was an okay day. Thanks for the prayers!

I promise I'll try to get some random January pics posted this week.

Momma

That's right, Casey says Momma!! And he says it over and over and over. It's like a fun new game to say it and see if Momma responds, which I always do. He's so silly. He's also been busy trying to pull up on everything but gets stuck on his knees. His favorite place to do this is on the nice hard tiled kitchen floor pulling up on a moving chair. It's beautiful :)

I have some pictures I need to get uploaded and I'm sure more stories, but I'll get those when I have more time.

Oh, I almost forgot something very important :( Bryant will be having surgery on Monday morning. :( He's getting tubes (AGAIN) and his adenoids (whatever those are) out. I've talked to him about it some and all he knows is that the dr is going to give him something to make him sleep and then put tubes in his ears to make them not hurt anymore. I know it is best for him but I sure do hate it all!!! Mommas never like having to have their babies put to sleep. He's a tough guy, so I know he'll be okay. I'll update after Monday to let everyone know how great he did :) But please keep him in your prayers in the mean time.

Dear Boys,

I love you! You are both my little rays of sunshine and the lights of my life. I couldn't imagine my life without you two. Bryant, you are the best big brother to Casey. He loves you so much. A huge smile and glowing eyes appear on his face every time you come near. Seeing you two together just melts my heart. A mother could never ask for more. You are both the sweetest most loving boys in the world and I'm excited to see what each new day holds. Your daddy and I are truly blessed to have you both in our lives. I hope you will always remember and know how much you are loved!

Love,
Momma
